Vanessa Trump stated she is cancer-free after receiving clear test results.

She shared the update in a video posted to her daughter Kai's Instagram account on Friday. In the clip, Trump, 48, said her recent tests came back clear. She declared she is finally cancer-free.

The former wife of Donald Trump Jr. first received her diagnosis in April. She made the news public in May via a social media post. That update noted she had undergone surgery and was developing a treatment plan with her medical team. She has five children with Trump Jr., the eldest son of President Donald Trump.

Kai Trump noted the Instagram post previews a longer video scheduled for Saturday. The extended release features her mother and Dr. Nicole Saphier discussing breast cancer awareness. Kai wrote that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. She described it as a time for early detection education and support for those affected.

The post received more than 20,000 likes and hundreds of comments. American singer Mary Millben was among those offering support. Trump separated from Trump Jr. in 2018. She announced in 2025 that she began dating professional golfer Tiger Woods.

The American Cancer Society reports the average risk of breast cancer for US women is about 1 in 8. That statistic represents a 13% probability. The organization states breast cancer accounts for 30% of all new female cancers annually. Surgery cures most cases of breast cancer. When disease remains, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and endocrine therapy can lower long-term risk.

Treatment options continue to advance. These developments include more targeted therapies for early breast cancer. New types of hormonal therapy are also available. Radiotherapy has become more precise and effective.
