Both teams arrive in Lincoln, Nebraska, with one game under their belts since their respective bye weeks. The Washington Huskies last played on Oct. 16, defeating Purdue 38-26 in West Lafayette. The Nebraska Cornhuskers ended their previous two contests with narrow losses to Indiana and Oregon. The two programs meet this Saturday at 5 p.m. PT, or 7 p.m. CT, at Memorial Stadium.

The contest marks the start of a demanding stretch for the Huskies. They will play on the road for the majority of the next six weeks. Their next home appearance will not come until Nov. 7, when they host the Penn State Nittany Lions for Homecoming. That game will be the first time Penn State has played in Seattle in 105 years.

Individual players have posted notable statistics this season. Punter Hunter Green leads the Big Ten with a 47.9-yard average. Quarterback Demond Williams Jr. became the third player in Washington history to reach 1,000 career rushing yards. The team also relies heavily on young players. Five multi-game starters have combined for 28 starts. The Huskies are on pace to break the program record of 44 starts by first-year players set last season.

Fans can watch the game on the Big Ten Network or stream it on FOX One. The broadcast features Wayne Randazzo, Rhett Lewis, and Caroline Hendershot. Radio coverage airs on the Washington Sports Network from Learfield. Elise Woodward, former Husky tight end Cameron Cleeland, and Dave Mahler provide commentary. Radio coverage begins four hours before kickoff on SportsRadio KJR 93.3 FM in Seattle. The broadcast is also available on the Huskies Gameday mobile app and the Varsity app. Sirius XM subscribers can listen on FOX Sports channel 83 or Sports 979 Play By Play channel 979.

The Huskies return to Seattle on Nov. 7 for their Homecoming game. They will face the Penn State Nittany Lions at Husky Stadium. This matchup concludes the current road-heavy portion of their schedule before the team resumes its regular home and away rotation.
