Audiences in Snohomish County have a dense schedule of cultural events through the end of November, with a heavy focus on music tribute acts. The calendar spans five cities, including Everett, Edmonds, Tulalip, Arlington, and Marysville. Halloween weekend serves as the peak period for these gatherings, offering multiple performance options for local residents.
Pricing remains a key factor for attendees. The Everett Civic Music, a nonprofit organization that has sponsored live music for more than 90 years, is offering a prorated season membership for 45 dollars. This pass covers three upcoming events. In contrast, the Port Gardner Bay Music Society relies on suggested donations for its November 15 concert, charging 20 dollars for general admission, 15 dollars for seniors and military personnel, and 5 dollars for students aged 14 and older. The Red Curtain Arts Center in Marysville sets a flat ticket price of 22 dollars for adults attending its theater productions.
Several venues are hosting acts dedicated to specific musical legends. On October 31, Love, Dolly performs at the Rivers Run Event Center in Arlington. The same day, the Everett Civic Auditorium hosts Piano Men: Generations, a tribute to Elton John and Billy Joel. At The Stage at Quil Ceda Creek Casino in Tulalip, a Taylor Swift tribute act named Red Karma plays on October 29. Following this, Groove Nation and Cloud Cover perform on October 30 and 31, respectively, while Borrowed Time, a Styx tribute, appears on November 5.
Further into the month, the Historic Everett Theatre hosts Eagle Eyes on November 14 and The Grunge Show on November 20. The latter features tributes to Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, and Nirvana. In Edmonds, the Edmonds Center for the Arts presents Take It To The Limit, an Eagles tribute, on November 15. Ukulele performer Jake Shimabukuro, described as the Jimi Hendrix of the ukulele, is scheduled to appear on November 18.
Community orchestras provide free entry points to the arts calendar. The Evergreen Community Orchestra opens its 2026-2027 season on October 30 with a program featuring music from Star Trek, Harry Potter, and Phantom of the Opera. The Mukilteo Community Orchestra presents a program of works by Emille Mayer, Valerie Coleman, Ethel Smyth, and Fanny Hensel on November 1. On November 15, Ukrainian bandura artist Valentin Lysenko performs at Everett First Presbyterian Church using an electro-acoustic harp-bandura he designed and built himself.
Theater productions include a staging of The Rocky Horror Picture Show at The Red Curtain Arts Center, directed by Quinne Everett. Performances run through October 31, with a midnight show added for Halloween. Village Theatre brings A Very Die Hard Christmas to the Everett Performing Arts Center for two weekends, a production that includes mature themes and adult language.
Visual art exhibitions run concurrently with the music events. The Schack Art Center is displaying an exhibit celebrating 18 years of the PAiR kilnformed glass program through November 7. The program has hosted 116 invited artists, including those at the Pilchuck Glass School. In Edmonds, the Art For All collaborative exhibit runs through November 30, featuring work by students and instructors who support people with disabilities in the arts.
Gallery North in Edmonds is marking the 30th anniversary of EarthArt with a November exhibition of Sue Coccia's work. The show includes her largest collection of original artwork, along with prints, mugs, and puzzles. Coccia is known for detailed animal illustrations that hide smaller creatures within larger forms. She will attend a free reception from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on November 7 and the Edmonds Art Walk from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on November 19.
